Corporate Finance – Supporting your Business

Supporting and advising clients at every step of the business lifecycle

We help businesses and their owners from birth through to eventual succession by offering a range of competitively priced corporate finance services.

From businesses starting up with a new idea to develop, to assisting in the raising of expansion finance and offering strategic and employee incentives advice during its development phases, to ultimately advising on its succession, we can be with you all the way to give true business support when it is most needed.

Our corporate finance team are focused on delivery based on agreed targets and timetables. We have always focused on the owner-managed business rather than multi-national or publicly owned conglomerates. We understand the needs and challenges faced by owner-managed businesses today and we offer competitively priced assistance to help give businesses and their owners a competitive and strategic advantage. We can assist organic growth or growth by acquisition, and finally when it is time to plan for its succession we can implement a timely and well thought out timetable designed to be able to maximise the benefits of exiting the business.

Whether we are engaged for a single transaction or on a longer term basis to provide support as and when it is needed, we will always give you the highest standard of professional care and attention. We will listen carefully to your objectives and work with you to identify and implement a strategy that meets your wishes. Offering a friendly and expert hand we will be there for you when we are needed.

Over the last decade, Paula has worked as a consultant engaged in both the Waste Recycling Sector as well as professional training.
